This property totals 20 hectares and is located on the other side of highway 200 as it winds up the hill toward Melaque. It has some pretty good level areas and a spectacular view as can be see above. That is the Bay of Tenacatita with La Manzanilla being partly visible just over the top of the mountain in the center of the photo. There are more panoramic views than this but I could not get the photos because the trees have not been thinned. You may need to use the scroll bar at the bottom of your window to see the entire photo. |

Here is the property (black circle) as seen from another mountain. The Bay of Tenacatita is on the right, the thin horizontal line you see near the bottom of the circle is Highway 200. There is currently no access road, electricity or water which is one of the reasons for the low cost. All 20 hectares are being offered for $90,566 usd |
